Refund & Withdrawal Policy
This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal and refund handling for direct purchases of Ink & Stone Games. It does not reduce any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
Before you start the game
For consumers who have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract, that period generally runs from the date the contract is concluded. If you have not started the digital game, you may contact us within the applicable period to request withdrawal. Eligible requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment process used at checkout.
When you press START GAME
Before first activation, you will be asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that beginning performance may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal. Once the game has begun following that express consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind refund may no longer be available under the statutory digital-content exception.
Technical faults or non-conformity
If the game cannot be supplied, access fails, or the digital content is not in conformity with applicable legal requirements, contact support. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include restoring access, providing replacement access, a price reduction or a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or the transaction is incorrect, contact us with the checkout email and approximate transaction time. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
